USA Mobility Media Support License Agreement

To download products from USA Mobility's Web site, each USA Mobility end-user is required to read and adhere to all terms of the following license agreement. Downloading products from USA Mobility's Web site constitutes explicit and full acceptance of the license agreement.

BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE FOLLOWING USA MOBILITY MARKS REPRESENTING USA MOBILITY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR CLICKING ON "I AGREE", PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, PLEASE CLICK ON "I DO NOT AGREE" AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY USA MOBILITY MARKS. IF YOU CLICK ON "I AGREE" AND/OR SUBSEQUENTLY DOWNLOAD ANY OF THE USA MOBILITY MARKS, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE FULL LEGAL CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY TO BIND THE COMPANY YOU PURPORT TO REPRESENT OR YOURSELF (IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTOR) TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. BELOW ARE THE TERMS TO WHICH ARE AGREEING:

USA MOBILITY hereby grants to YOU a LIMITED, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal right to use the USA MOBILITY MARKS, solely in connection with the contract you have in force with USA MOBILITY and in performance of your obligations thereunder. YOUR use of the USA MOBILITY MARKS shall be governed by USA MOBILITY's trademark usage guidelines in effect from time-to-time and provided to YOU in writing. YOU must obtain USA MOBILITY's prior written approval before distributing any collateral (or web-based materials) which use the USA MOBILITY MARKS. YOU agree not to use the USA MOBILITY MARKS in any way that would or could diminish the value of such USA MOBILITY MARK(S), damage the goodwill associated with such USA MOBILITY MARKS or otherwise confuse or deceive any third party. Except as expressly set forth herein, YOU shall have no rights, title or interest(s) in any USA MOBILITY MARKS.
