Electronic Invoicing

In a continuing effort to improve our invoicing process and provide you with enhanced electronic invoicing, USA Mobility is pleased to introduce a new Electronic Invoice Program, based on customer feedback and suggestions. This new program is highlighted by an increased user interface and additional invoice file extraction options. The new program will allow you to directly extract your invoice files to such commonly used applications as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. Additionally, you will still be able to extract your invoice files to standard text files as well.

The Electronic Invoice Program is designed for customers that receive their billing data electronically. The EIPARSE2K3 command that is incorporated into the program provides a means to convert the raw data in the customer invoice file into new functional output files in several formats.

In order to parse your Electronic Invoice files, you must download the Electronic Invoice Program.
NOTE: A new version of the software is available effective January 25, 2005 (size= 9MB).
