Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision Coverage is available to employees and their dependents.
Enrolled employees receive substantial savings at over 50,000 pharmacies nationwide or through mail service for additional savings.
Short Term Disability
This benefit provides income security in case of an accident or illness and pay 66.7% of your earnings (tax free) up to $1,500 per week, for up to 24 weeks of coverage, upon approval, if elected.
Long Term Disability
Should your disability extend beyond 24 weeks, this benefit pays 60% of your compensation up to $10,000 per month. If you become totally disabled, benefits may continue up to age 65.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Employees can save on expenses and reduce their taxes by paying for Health Care Expenses or Dependent Care Expenses through our Flex Savings Accounts options.
Group Life Insurance
Basic group term life insurance in the amount of 100% of your annual salary, with a minimum coverage of $50,000 and a maximum coverage of $250,000 is provided to all regular full and regular part-time employees at no cost. Employees and their dependents may also elect additional supplemental term life insurance for up to 1 million dollars in coverage.
Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Eligible employees may elect additional coverage for themselves and their dependents
Identity Theft Protection
Employees may enroll themselves and their dependents in low cost identity theft protection
Savings & Retirement, 401(k) Plan
Employees may defer a percentage of their gross income into either a traditional pre-tax 401(k), or a Roth 401(k) account. Eligibility begins the first of the month after 30 days of service. Participants receive an employer match of 50% of the first 5% of compensation per pay period or 50 cents for each deferred dollar up to $2500, whichever is greater. There’s a per-pay-period match on the 50%/5% component and an end of year true-up
on the $2,500 component. Company contributions are 100% vested after three years

Employee Assistance Services
Employee Assistance Services are available through the company for those difficult times when employees and their family members can benefit from confidential counseling services. They also provide child and elder care referrals as well as additional useful services and information.
Employees may receive 50% tuition reimbursement for job-related undergraduate courses, provided a "C" or better grade is received in an approved course from an accredited institution. Additionally, Section 529 Plans and educational loan programs through ConSern are offered to further assist employees with both their family's and their own educational goals.
Incentive and Recognition
USA Mobility believes that recognizing performance is key to building a high performance work environment. Throughout the year and annually, we recognize those employees who go "Above and Beyond" with performance which exceeds the norm. Incentives include cash bonus programs, gifts and annual trips to exotic locations.
Through relationships with other companies, employees may secure quotes for mortgage and auto loans, auto/homeowner's and renter's insurance, and may shop for a new or used vehicle on-line. Benefits accrue beginning on a two-week annual basis, capping at five weeks after 14 years of service.
Accrues on an annual basis up to 40 hrs per year and may be accumulated. Employees not using any sick leave in a given year receive one additional day of vacation as an attendance bonus.
