Payment And Billing Options

What options are available for paying my USA Mobility invoice?

USA Mobility offers you a variety of payment options for your account. Find out the different ways to make your payment or how to sign up for an ongoing electronic payment program below. Please note the processing time for each payment method and take this into account when making the payment.


Payment Option 1: Invoice Payment

Send a check or money order with the bottom portion of your bill to the address listed on the bottom, right-hand side of your invoice or fill-in the credit card information and make a one-time credit card payment. Processing Time 10-14 business days

* Please include your Account Number on your check or money order.




Payment Option 2: Pay-by-phone

To pay by phone using a credit card, please call the Customer Service number listed on your invoice. USA Mobility accepts Visa, Master Cards, American Express and Discover.
Processing Time: 3-5 business days

To pay by phone using a check, please call the Customer Service number listed on your invoice. A nominal fee will be charged to your account for each check payment.
Processing Time: 3-5 business days




Payment Option 4: Express Check Automated Payment

You can have your monthly payments automatically debited from your bank account or credit card account using our ExpressCheck automated payment option. To sign-up simply download, print-out and complete our ExpressCheck sign-up form (Adobe Acrobat PDF format - click here to download PDF Reader). Please be sure to fill out all of the appropriate information.

Payment Option 5: Electronic Invoicing

The Electronic Invoice Program is designed for customers that receive their billing data electronically. This program is highlighted by an increased user interface and additional invoice file extraction options. Reprint your latest invoice, view the details, download an invoice report or make a payment, all online!
Processing Time: Credit Card, automatically debited
